User data deletion

If you signed up with email, Google, or Facebook, you can delete your Tonecrowd account and associated personal data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

This permanently removes your account and associated data immediately.

Or request by email

Email havetodev@gmail.com with subject Tonecrowd data deletion request.

Include:

The email address on your Tonecrowd account, and/or
Your Facebook or Google login email if that is how you signed in
Optional: your display name on Tonecrowd

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete or anonymize your data.

What we delete

Account profile (name, email, picture, login links such as Google/Facebook ids)
Musician / band / studio profiles tied to your account
Posts, comments, replies, reactions, and uploaded media you own
Private messages you sent (and related conversation data as required to fulfil the request)
Blocks, reports you filed, and active sessions

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests: we aim to complete verified deletion within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email when done (or if we need more information).

Facebook Login

If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove Tonecrowd’s access in Facebook:

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Tonecrowd / havetodev → Remove

Removing the app on Facebook stops future Facebook login and sharing of Facebook data with us. To erase data already stored on Tonecrowd, use in-app delete or the email request above.
